REFERRAL FORM
We require a referral form to be completed for every patient that is being referred to us. Relevant history, lab results etc. can be uploaded directly via this form. You will automatically be emailed a copy of the form you submit.

Should you experience problems with our online referral form, please print off the form in pdf format and submit along with any relevant lab results and history to info@visradiology.com.au

VIEW YOUR PATIENT'S IMAGES
We are able to instantly share imaging studies of your patients referred to Vet Imaging Specialists by sharing a link to view the images in our cloud based image viewer. There is no need for us to dropbox or post hardcopy images to you. By means of this viewer tool, you will be able to view videoclips, view and manipulate images, and perform cross sectional reconstructions on computed tomographic studies.
